"Lviv Croissants" bought a 100-year-old abandoned pavilion in Lviv's Stryi Park at an auction and opened an establishment there.

The pavilion was put up for auction in May 2023. During the auction, the rent for this temporary building with an area of ​​25 m² increased from 2,8 to 100 thousand hryvnias per month.

Restoration work was carried out by the Replus Bureau. How is it there? note, MAF in Stryi Park was built in 1928 for the sale of Japanese tobacco products for the "Oriental Bargains" exhibition. To fit the building into the green range of the park, a pavilion-style rotunda was also built nearby.

In addition, a children's playground was built next to the MAF and the park was landscaped.

In particular, the conditions of the auction stated that the object cannot be privatized.
