Two projects became winners in their categories, and four more were awarded Honorable Mentions by the jury.

In its practice, LUMINAL works with light as an architectural language that explains space, enhances its values, and builds thoughtful interaction between humans and the environment.

La luce

La Luce Project — winner in the category Bar and Restaurant Lighting Design. The special feature of the establishment is a large interactive lamp above the bar that imitates sunlight. It dynamically changes throughout the day: from the gentle morning glow to the rich colors of sunset, and then to the calm evening warmth. The company implemented not only a change of white light here, but also color scenarios that allow the light to synchronize with natural rhythms and maintain a comfortable atmosphere throughout the day.

Church of Saint Sophia the Wisdom

The shrine won the category Conceptual Designs-Projects in DevelopmentThe lighting design of the Church of St. Sophia is designed to emphasize the spiritual grandeur and beauty of the sacred space, focusing on the dome and the altar area. The lighting solutions harmoniously interact with the enameled mosaics, frescoes and stained glass, emphasizing their uniqueness and sacred significance.

Lviv Tech City

Lviv Tech City is a business campus that received an Honorable Mention in the category Exterior Architectural Illumination for the lighting design that meets LEED Gold certification standards. The facade lighting is achieved using hidden light sources integrated into the architectural structure. Warm white lighting harmonizes with the color palette of the facade and its backlight, and special lamps are placed in high narrow niches. This creates the effect of soft warm light that flows like water.

Dentistry Roleksa

Roleksa Dentistry received an Honorable Mention in the category Healthcare Lighting Design. Roleksa lighting design is designed with an emphasis on patient comfort, evoking a sense of security and trust. The lighting emphasizes the premium quality of the space, creating a unique and welcoming atmosphere.

The centerpiece is the dynamic caustic Serpanok lamp, created by the LUMINAL team. The cold light passing through it creates shimmering reflections on the walls. The smooth rotation of the cylinder forms soft, flowing light patterns reminiscent of morning mist over water, promoting tranquility and connection with nature.

Cerama Market

The competition jury awarded Cerama Market an Honorable Mention in the category Exterior Architectural Illumination. The lighting design is aimed at emphasizing the architectural purity of the facade. Neutral white light is used to accentuate the conceptual white color inherent in high-quality fired ceramics, as well as to subtly highlight the upper windows and ensure compositional harmony. Such a restrained approach creates a recognizable atmosphere of elegance of the building and enhances its character.

Panorama Skhidnytsia

The Panorama Skhidnytsia Recreation Complex received an Honorable Mention from the jury in the category Ambient lighting. The lighting design of the hotel complex was created to harmoniously combine the architecture, building concept and mountain landscape.
