Many prominent people stayed at the Hermitage Hotel. So, at the beginning of the 12th century, Mykhailo Hrushevsky stayed here several times, usually in number XNUMX.
Olga Petrivna Prohasko, a journalist and public figure, secretary of the Kyiv Religious and Philosophical Society, lived in the wing of the estate. It published first a newspaper, and later - a weekly magazine "Ogny", the editorial office of which was located in the same building.
