The EU is investing €100 million in the reconstruction of destroyed Ukrainian schools

The European Commission is investing 100 million euros in the reconstruction of Ukrainian schools that were destroyed by Russian shelling.

About this reports Said President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen.

"Ukraine's future begins with its children. We are investing €100 million in the reconstruction of schools that were destroyed by Russian bombs. We send school buses so that children can get to and from school more safely. We collect and deliver laptops, so students can continue their studies," said Ursula von der Leyen.

According to the European Commission, more than 2800 educational institutions in Ukraine were destroyed or damaged as a result of Russian aggression, more than 5,7 million Ukrainian children felt the consequences of this aggression.
