Terekhov emphasized that bankers, private investors and large international funds will gather at the forum in Madrid. And if the military situation allows, he will personally take part in the event.
"This is a very serious forum, at which I need to be in person. Although I do not want to leave Kharkiv in this situation, we must also think about the future. Together with Norman Foster, we present the steps to create a master plan and those innovations that will appear after our victory. We will discuss the restoration of Kharkiv, terms, finances and state guarantees", said the mayor of Kharkiv.
