In the Kharkiv region, they are planning to start the reconstruction of the historical estate of the XNUMXth century, which housed the Hryhoriy Skovoroda museum.

To implement the project, the Ministry of Culture, together with the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, established a charity fund to collect funds, informed Oleksandr Tkachenko, Minister of Culture and Information Policy.

According to him, this is the only option to repair it "quickly and without delay". Otherwise, time and weather conditions can deteriorate the condition of the building.

It is assumed that the reconstruction of the museum will be carried out at the expense of benefactors and international donors. So far, a number of Western partners have already announced their assistance. Also, state funds will be involved in the project.

Oleksandr Tkachenko noted that the reconstruction process will be public, "so everyone will be able to observe what and where it is going." So far, specialists have conducted an examination of the damage, based on the results of which a list of necessary works was determined in the future.

We will remind you that the historical estate in which the Ukrainian philosopher lived suffered significant destruction as a result of Russian shelling in early May. By the 300th anniversary of the actor's birthday, the building was planned to be restored. In particular, to renovate the administrative building and arrange a park.
