Chernihiv has moved to the organization of an inclusive environment: the arrangement of lowered curbs, elevated pedestrian crossings, bicycle paths and public transport, which has conditions for the transportation of groups with reduced mobility - for more than seven years in a row.

According to the head of the Department of Transport, Transport Infrastructure and Communications of the Chernihiv City Council Oleksandr Ryzhy, after the blockade, the city gradually increased the number of buses and restored the contact network of trolleybuses.
