A Chernihiv IT company is turning an abandoned furniture factory into a modern business center

The "A" class business center will have spacious office premises in open space style with conference rooms and recreation areas.

In Chernihiv, an IT company is located on the site of a furniture factory abandoned at the beginning of the XNUMXst century erects business center Lorem ipsum. Investors bought the old premises in 2018 at the Prozorro online auction for over 5 million hryvnias.

According to the curator of construction, Kostiantyn Makarov, it was in terrible condition at the time, and looters tried to deface the building even when it passed into the hands of the company.

Further, large-scale changes awaited the building according to the architectural project of Mykhailo Shtopok. A two-story abandoned building was transformed into a four-story modern building of the "A" class.

Currently, there are plans to equip a spacious conference hall with a screen on the entire wall. A catering area for 160 people will be opened nearby.

The office premises themselves will be created in an open space style with areas for rest. A glass roof will be installed on the fourth floor of the main building, which will provide a lot of light in the room.

The main tenant of the square is the Chernihiv IT company SendPulse, which develops automated service services. The first floor has already been leased by the Collar company, and Snov.io will be located on the second floor.

Currently, the construction of four thousand square meters of office space is underway. The opening of the business center is planned for the spring of 2022.
