The international game development company AB Games opened the AB Library art book library in its new Kyiv studio. It is a space where people from creative industries can find inspiration and learn new things about game development, their favorite games and magical worlds.

"At AB Games, we create all the conditions for the development of game bestsellers. People who like to play games come to us, it drives them, they are interested in working with each other. Our flagship game Hidden City is created by one of the top 5 teams in the world who know everything about the HOPA genre. We also take an active position in Ukraine and create projects aimed at the development of the gamedev industry, such as the Gamedev_ua association and AB Library," comments Ivanna Pogrebnyak, Executive Director of AB Games.

AB Library's mission is to become a creative hub for creators of fantasy worlds and the gaming industry as a whole. In one space, an exclusive collection of art books of popular games, films and series in the world, which can inspire new ideas, was collected. There are also separate stands with books and artbooks on the topic of game design and development.

AB Library hosts presentations of art books from Ukrainian publishing houses, lectures, master classes and Live Talks with specialists in the field of game development, designers and illustrators. The library also records the educational AB Library Podcast.

Taras Zhukov, PR & Communications Officer at AB Games says: "Anton Bolshakov, the founder of AB Games, loves games very much and knows how to create game worlds. And creating a library was one of his dreams. He wanted to create a place where game designers, artists and screenwriters could be inspired and filled with ideas. Community formation, talent support, inspiration and knowledge exchange — this is what AB Library was created for."
