About this reported the press service of the LMR.
However, for their adaptation to the local track and transportation to Ukraine, the Lviv City Council must pay UAH 26 million.
Oleg Zabarilo, head of the mobility department, noted that the trams are in good technical condition and can serve the city for at least another five years.
They are planned to be used on new routes, in particular on route No. 1 (Railway station - Pohulyanka), with the need to lower the landing platforms on some streets.
We will remind you that in 2018 Lviv City Council purchased 30 used Tatra KT4DM trams from Berlin. The city paid only 18 euros for one tram. With all the improvements and modifications, it cost less than 25 thousand euros. Currently, these trams run on routes No. 3 and No. 6.
