At the initiative of football player and UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador David Beckham, 71 million of his Instagram followers had the opportunity to see how doctors from Kharkiv help newborns during the war.
David Beckham gave the head of the regional perinatal center Iryna Kondratova the use of his social networks for one day. She showed how the perinatal center of the city functions, where enemy shots are constantly heard.
"Today I am handing over my social networks to Iryna, director of the regional perinatal center in Kharkiv, Ukraine. There, she works with pregnant mothers so that they give birth safely," said Beckham.
