This is what the defense attorney said Told me on his Facebook page. There he explains the reason for such a sudden visit - namely his criticism of the odious bill No. 5655.
"'The thief's hat is on fire', this is what this case looks like, when the lobbyist of the construction mafia runs to the military hospital to find out the relationship, after my post about her anti-people bill and agreements with the OPZZ was widely distributed on social networks," explains Simoroz .
We are talking about this post, which the soldier published on December 13.
According to Oleg, Shulyak came to him without any warning and did not even inquire about the state of the fighter, whether he wanted to receive visitors or whether he needed any help:
"I will immediately refute the possible "alibi" of Mrs. Olena Shulyak, that it was not an investigation of the relationship, but that she just suddenly decided to visit me. What surprised my mother the most was not even the fact that the head of the ruling party did not inquire whether some help might be needed (we would not take help from such people anyway), but that she did not even ask about my well-being and whether I was able to to talk to her the moment she came. She came without any permission or even warning me or my loved ones."
Simoroz told Shulyak that before the full-scale invasion, together with the team from Narodovlad, he fought against the capital's construction mafia, however, the adoption of this draft law nullifies the efforts of activists, for example, to preserve the banks of the Dnipro.
But the head of "Servant of the People" even hinted to the wounded fighter that he received money for her criticism.
"The head of the ruling party "Servants" probably thinks that as long as there is a war in the country and the public's attention is focused on the war, behind the closed doors of the parliament, you can calmly, with impunity and behind the scenes, together with traitors from the OPZZ, push anti-people laws for your personal benefit.
But I promised this servant of the construction mafia that sooner or later a normal government will finally appear in Ukraine - for the first time since independence - and then it will appear before a fair court," Simoroz remarked and called on the president to promise a scandalous law.
By the way, on the eve of the petition against the scandalous bill No. 5655 in a record short time - a few hours - collected more than 25 thousand signatures. Currently, more than 42 Ukrainians have supported the appeal - it is awaiting consideration by the president.
Note that on December 13, the Verkhovna Rada approved in the second reading and in general, the resonant bill No. 5655 on reforming the sphere of urban development. 228 People's Deputies voted "for".
