Aranchii Architects took first place at the architectural competition with the concept of a residential quarter and a cathedral in Rivne.

A team of architects worked on the project - Maria Drobenko, Viktoriya Prydorozhna, Vladsylav Tsykal, Oleksandr Polikrovsky, Kateryna Natalchuk, Dmytro Aranchy.

The residential complex will be characterized by landscape planning using the ant algorithm. It is noted that the project will provide public space around the cathedral and on the outer edges of the quarter.

The buildings will have different heights to reveal views of Lake Basiv Kut and integration into the fabric of the city beyond the blue line.

The Cathedral of Yuri the Victorious will combine Byzantine tradition with modern additive 3D printing technology due to minimal surfaces. There will be a Sunday school and a library near the cathedral.
