Healey Lounge. Armchair for creativity From Walter Knoll

/ Design /

London designers Tom Lloyd and Luke Pearson, founders of the Pearson Lloyd studio, believe that in offices it is necessary to create zones for an informal and relaxed atmosphere. Modern professions, innovative gadgets and new formats of corporate communication require more than a classic workplace, which is a combination of a table and a chair. The creative process is always associated with the need to change the environment and type of communication: conduct negotiations via Zoom or, conversely, focus on a specific task in silence, have a leisurely conversation with partners or argue heatedly during brainstorming sessions, join groups or work independently, change the position in the room , to distract yourself, think, have a snack or even take a nap.

"Often, a person does not need to sit at a desk to be productive. In any office, there are people who work productively and creatively away from their workplace: work goes when, for example, they talk on the phone, confer, socialize and even read," says Tom Lloyd. Offering a fresh look at design objects, Tom Lloyd and Luke Pearson are looking for ways to make office space functional while giving a sense of freedom and comfort.

Healey Lounge — for real gourmets, connoisseurs of elegant surroundings, because its character is so close to the image of legendary classic cars

The Healey Lounge chair, developed by the Pearson Lloyd studio for the Walter Knoll brand and already presented at the Kyiv "Project 900" salon, is perfect for both relaxation and work. Its comfortable shape allows you to relax as much as possible, and the wide armrests are very convenient for placing a laptop or tablet.

Healey Lounge is for real gourmets, connoisseurs of elegant surroundings, because its character is so close to the image of legendary classic cars: soft leather, high back, smooth lines emphasized by decorative seams, exquisite palette of shades.
