Stone day: presentation of a new collection of exclusive natural stones

On April 27, 2024, an event unique to the architecture and design market will take place — the first real Stone Day in Ukraine, where a new collection of exclusive natural stones will be presented.

Unsurpassed specimens of the stone directly from the warehouses of the Italian concern Antolini and other world flagships, which the founder of the 8 Stones company, expert gemologist Nadia Poletaeva, managed to purchase at a pre-premiere closed show - a week before the grandest international exhibition Marmomac (Verona, Italy).

Since the beginning of the war, market players did not dare to invest in business development, replenishment of the assortment. And there was no thought about new collections. 

"I decided to take a risk because I want to revive the Ukrainian market of natural stones and give it completely new colors. 

The Italian partners were so impressed by my attitude towards the recovery of the market that they strongly contributed to the arrival of truly noteworthy and unique materials to Ukraine. Some items from our new collection have already been booked and paid for by US customers. But we managed to agree that this particular marble should be sent to Ukraine as a priority." Nadiya Poletayeva comments.

They brought two types of stones in the latest Hard Rock or "rock" treatment. There are representatives with an unexpected combination of colors, for example, deep gray with burgundy and orange streaks randomly scattered on its background. It is a representative of the old French quarry and it has a special charm. 

"All presented natural stone is unique and unrepeatable. But a special place in my heart is occupied by Breche Fantastique marble, which is also called "Phoenix". It has an incredibly beautiful vein of flame color, reminiscent of the wings of a phoenix. It is likely that this marble will open the show of the new collection, as it symbolizes the revival of the natural stone market, it symbolizes life, strength and passion for one's work." — tells about the favorite of Mrs. Poletaeva's collection.

Impeccability of slabs, originality of colors, exquisite textures, depth of contrasts, exceptional interweaving of veins, the latest types of finishing...
