An office desk, a refrigerator, a wall lamp, a smartphone, an electric car, a hanger for clothes and earrings - what do all these objects have in common? They are united by INDUSTART.

Until November 30, 2018, young designers can submit their works to the INDUSTART International Industrial Design Competition, which the organizers position as an opportunity to make a statement and get a good start in your career.

The competition accepts ideas or ready-made works in seven nominations: furniture, equipment, lighting, household and computer equipment, transport, interior decor, as well as decorations and accessories. Each nomination is divided into three blocks: implemented projects, concept design and student design.

INDUSTART juries are authoritative architects, designers, journalists, bloggers from 14 countries. The jury will evaluate works not only as objects of art, but also from the point of view of their industrial perspective.

You can register to participate in the competition on the site www.industart.org. The participant has the right to submit several competitive works. At the same time, the fee for one work is 60 euros (30 for students).

The winner in each nomination will receive an INDUSTART AWARD. Grand prize - 2000 euros. In addition, the competition partner - the prestigious design school Istituto Europeo di Design (Italy) will provide a scholarship for training, and the ZAVOD project will present the main winner with a Ukrainian designer watch RIDER1991, created in collaboration with the GM design group studio.

The jury meeting and the calculation of the results will last until January 31, 2019. In February, the INDUSTART subject design festival will be held, as part of which the awarding ceremony of the winners will be held.

The organizers of INDUSTART, holding the competition and accompanying events, set themselves the ambitious goal of motivating and streamlining the Ukrainian design environment.
